a bit about myself
 
I am a girl with a vivid imagination and a curious, open-minded person. I often feel a strong need to communicate with others and create real connections; working in a team is my preferred way to design and ideate and I have a collaborative focused leadership style. In life, as in work, my aim is to be useful to others by doing the best I can in managing activities and proposing a wide range of options or solutions to common problems or particular nodes; sometimes I'm a specialist in finding parallelisms between seemingly distant arguments.
I have spent most of my professional experience working for companies with a strong Brand Identity that I love to take care and make shine.

My goal is to grow up also as Lead Designer and UI-Ux Expert as i've found in leading people and projects the best path to feel satisfied and useful; 
my strong passion for communication finds the perfect match in listening and helping colleagues to develop ambitions, in leading of stakeholders and companies to focusing on needs, downfalls and new possible solutions, in checking and creating new proposals in a team environment.
my background

As a kid I wanted to be a scenographer or an illustrator, so I started my studies behind the scenes; Instead I’m a Designer, although for me these two worlds are not that apart: whenever I approach a digital product I use the same style as when I reach for a brush in front of a white canvas.
I imagine the user as an unaware spectator; coming in front of the show he is taken by hand in a unique place, where he can feel as part of a journey in which he desires to remain.
My job is to make the experience amazing, smooth… if possible, memorable!
