si-salute welfare salute & flexible benefits
In 2017 together with UniSalute development team I approached this project for SiSalute, a society of services available for funds and private customers. The requirement was to build a responsive and innovative platform to integrate inside the Flexible Benefits mechanism managed by Willis Towers Watson; my choice of design was oriented towards the making of a web application, made of one page, where the user could select services or refunds for which it would be possible to spend credits available for the users.
my role
UI-UX Designer : requirements gathering, team analysis, wireframe study and project, presentation of the project and visual making for the development.

project description
The difficulties fond in the making of this platform were the ample amount of actions to make available for the users and the need to keep those actions self contained and usable right away all at the same time.
The difficulties fond in the making of this platform were the ample amount of actions to make available for the users and the need to keep those actions self contained and usable right away all at the same time.
I proposed, for instance, the introduction of a welfare points Counter for the logged user, that would upate in real time, depending on the spending choice.
This allowed the customers to understand they were spending their benefit points and that they could freely use them with the options available from Welfare Solutions: kind of like an online service shop paid by virtual credits.
