New website of the Health Insurance Company UniSalute, Part of the Unipol Group s.p.a., redesigned in its graphical vest to match the Group's and Company's Design System I created during previous projects, improved in its UI & UX, enhanced with new services and features, developed on a CMS basis to share it with communication and marketing area, provided with performance management systems.

Lead Designer & UX/UI Manager : management and supervision of a system integrator team for UI/UX development and delivery, project management of design part.

UX EXPERT : collaboration with Marketing and communication dept. in finding digital touch points and branded digital patterns, supervision and coordination of UX-UI related themes with rerence to the implementation of processes forecast for the new releases, follow-up of the design issues.

the project
Being a Designer inside the Unipol Group has given me the chance to work on digital projects for big audiences and with high visibility, often they were long and challenging.
The new UniSalute website, released in production in December 2021, took more than 12 months and different system integrators to build this site; during this restyle, many other different parallel projects were also kicked off, which involved different stakeholders and other company areas
Our team was built to supervise the quality of this new digital product and coordinate the correct execution of the different stages of the project, with the purpose of releasing a new site, much more usable than the previous one and more leaning to communication and marketing.
I made sure the new site had a good coherence UX-UI wise overall and followed up on the interaction design by creating a distinctive brand experience and more and more complete design system.

UI KIT:  used as a reference for the making of the Visual and the graphics, it was created by me and the internal IT team taking advantage of the previous release of the reserved area.​​​​​​​


focus changed on selling 

An integrated stand alone web app has been developed which also allows to sell online products, a key factor that the company decided to focus on for the future; as part of IT team and as a UX Expert, we evangelized and pushed investments on new features such as the sign in and authentication process. The proposes were data driven and based on users' accesses.
